11-Step Process
Getting your auto serviced can sometimes
be a painful process, and we’d like to help you change your mind
about that. When you come to Professional Auto Care, we will
treat you differently. We have the best auto repair facility in
Rochester, NY and the surrounding area, and we want you to give
us a try.
Before we even start working on your auto,
we'll listen to what you have to say about what's wrong! Our
many years of experience will help us to narrow down what may be
wrong, sometimes even over the phone. It may not be what you
think it is which could end up saving you money.
Once you make an appointment, this is what we do:
You know your car better than anyone else, so we listen to what you have to say about your car and we write down every word, symptom, and detail.
Based on this information, we will assign the best qualified technician to specifically address what is wrong with your car.
A test drive can demonstrate your problem and if you can be here, you may join us so that we know exactly what the problem is with your vehicle.
We practice holistic auto care and repair, because we look at your car as a whole unit, not just a bunch of mechanical processes that are hooked together. By using the Professional Auto Care Vehicle Inspection, we check over 68 mechanical areas/parts of your car and rank them as Acceptable, Recommended, or Severe.
We will then contact you in any way we can to give you our diagnosis and cost estimate. Please be sure to provide all possible means of contact, phone, cell, fax, or e-mail.
Once you give us your approval based on the estimate we will begin the work on your car, not before. Sometimes we order parts for your vehicle ahead of time so you do not have to wait longer than necessary.
After you have given approval for the work, we will give you the updated estimate, and then we will tell you how long it should take. That way you will know when you will be getting your car back.
We will begin working on your vehicle. We’re done when it’s fixed.
Once repairs are completed we will do an additional test by checking your car with our electronic test equipment.
We will take one more test drive to make sure we fixed the problem.
Finally, we’ll give you a call to let you know we’re done and confirm with you that your vehicle is ready for pick up.
